      It won’t hurt nobody me my family grew up drinking this its really a tea my mom rest in peace use to make us a big sauce pan of cinnamon sticks and water bring it to a boil we would drink it hot on a cold day never got sick and on summer she would make us a big pitcher put it in the refrigerator and we would drink it cold we just added a little honey its good for losing weight, calm nerves,for peple that can’t sleep,and ladies day of the month for cramps but a hot cup of it. Were from Texas my family is from mexico they never seen a doctor and they are so healthy they believe in herbs and teas. Thats the way we grew up . Sorry didnt want to offend nobody it was my say that’s all.

      You can use either one of them its the same and like I said you can drink it all day if you want it won’t hurt you. I grew up drinking different kind of teas.

    Has anyone actually had the desired results from this ive been on the wcv and pineapple juice with 2 raspberry katones for 3 weeks and there is no results at all which is really disappointing .. i have a mummy tummy and i excercise daily and i eat healthy just cant move my tummy. Thanks

      Hi Michelle, just wondering what exercises are you doing? Also do you eat proper portions & enough water daily? Seems silly but if you don’t drink or eat enough wether you eat healthy and exercise you won’t see any results…
