Juice of 5 lemons + 5 cups plain water

Juice of 4 lemons + 4 cups plain water

Day #11

Juice of 3 lemons + 3 cups plain water

Day #12

Juice of 2 lemons + 2 cups plain water

Day #13

Juice of 1 lemon + 1 cup plain water

Day #14

Juice of 3 lemons + 10 cups plain water (add 1 tbsp. honey and drink throughout the day)

The best way to drink the lemon juice & water mix is all at once. However, if you find this hard, drink as much as you can then take some break before finishing it up. The most important thing is to take the drink before breakfast, meaning on an empty stomach.

    I’m still confused, is the lemon water in the morning all I can have the whole 2 weeks? But I can have a smoothie if I want?

    It says to drink all at once before breakfast. I don’t know about anyone else but I know I can not drink 6 cups of water all at once.

      My advice to you is to eat sensible. When you eat, always take moderate portion. I don’t have any restriction on what foods to eat but not too much of oily and carbohydrates foods.
